We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was when you received it, unworn or unused, with a label and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted. The seller does not reimburse shipping costs for returned packages.

If you have received a defective, faulty or wrong item, we will be happy to replace it for free. The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach the photo of the faulty item.
Damage and Problems
Please review your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Disposables
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as: E.g .: B. Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous substances, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sales items or gift certificates.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
