We ship to the following countries: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Estonia, Hungary, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden

We will deliver the goods directly to your home.

DELIVERY TIME

- Home Delivery:

  • The order will be delivered to your address within the next 4-8 business days once it has been placed.

SHIPPING COST

  • Germany: free delivery
  • France: 4.99EUR (<1Kg), 9.99EUR (1Kg-8.2Kg), 14.99EUR (>8.2Kg)
  • Italy, Spain: 4.99EUR (<1Kg), 14.99EUR (1Kg-8.2Kg), 19.99EUR (>8.2Kg)
  • Other EU Countries: 9.99EUR (<1Kg), 19.99EUR (1Kg-8.2Kg), 29.99EUR (>8.2Kg)

- If the order contains more than 1 unit, it will be delivered in different parcels.

- Courier working hours

Parcel delivery is carried out from 7:00 to 18:00, on weekdays and from 8:00 to 18:00 on Saturdays.

Courier opening hours may vary depending on the city / post office.

A customer receives an SMS and an e-mail notifying about the parcel being delivered on the day of delivery.

If you are not available to be at home to collect the parcel on the day of delivery, then you will receive a notification SMS message with all the order details including the tel. number of the courier and the post office address so you could collect the parcel yourself at any appropriate time.
You will also receive a written notification to your postbox (only if available) in case of unsuccessful home delivery.

If the parcel was not delivered, it will be sent to the local warehouse and will be available for collecting within the next 7 business days (including Saturday).

There is no way for choosing any other delivery methods since that moment.

When collecting the parcel by yourself, you will need to present:
1) Passport / ID document
2) Tracking number (will be sent to your e-mail once the order is processed)

If the parcel is not collected within that time, then the order is considered as canceled.
